Early Ventures: In 2002, at the tender age of 18, Shane embarked on his entrepreneurial path. He started with a modest business, selling tools. Over time, he expanded into the mechanics industry and eventually established a successful used car dealership, which he skillfully managed for 14 years.

A Heart for Others: As Shane’s business thrived, so did his desire to make a difference. He founded a nonprofit agency dedicated to assisting the homeless and those struggling with addiction. This noble endeavor quickly evolved into a ministerial calling. Shane opened a church—now known as Harvest at the Barn—in Davenport, FL. For eight fruitful years, he has shepherded this community of faith.

From Cars to Auctions: Shane’s curiosity led him to explore the auction business. He attended auctioneer school, obtained his auctioneer’s license, and soon transformed his car dealership into a bustling auction house. Central Florida Auction was born in 2019, offering a vibrant marketplace for buyers and sellers.

Realizing a Need: Amid his expanding personal property ownership, Shane recognized a crucial gap. Polk County lacked a savvy, client-focused real estate agency. Driven by this insight, he set his sights on creating a friendly and knowledgeable agency to serve the community.
